Just saw this today and thought of my own life. My son who is 6 years old asked me to stop smoking and I listened. It killed me to hear him say it. Even though I smoked outside and away from him, I always felt guilty knowing that I was giving him less than what he deserved. Each cigerette meant more time away from him. Another day taken off of my life and he needs me! It feels so selfish. Thanks for the reminder. 10 days without a smoke! Christy |

My son is so cute about the whole thing. He gives me his candy so that I don't get the urge, and says "Go Mom!" It feels good to hear it from the little person that looks up to you the most. Christy |

I think a lot of people quit for the benefit of their children, I did too, as a smoker we constantly give the wrong messages tot them.. I felt guilty a lot of times, smoking outside, or even in the car when they were with me(!)
But hey, that's over now, and let's hope we all can continue to give the right example to our most loved ones!!!
I think that a lot of other parents would quit if these commercials would be shown regularly on television... _________________

Great video! When my kids where younger and I smoked around them, I was in such denial! I really didn't think I was harming them. I am so sorry now. But the important thing is now I am smoke free and so are my children. The healing is still on going and I thank God everyday that I am free.
Thanks again for this video
GOD Bless
