and I'm sick...I feel horrible. I have a sore throat, runny nose, cough, ear ache, headache....queasy stomach....arghh

I know my body is just cleansing itself but I feel ycky!

Hot tea and honey and cough drop (lemon & honey)...I've noticed my water intake has been less so I need to make a conscience effort to increase it.

I wanted to share my symptoms since yesterday I thought it was the flu or a sinus infection but I found this article....pretty good I think.

Oh Tracy...bless your heart!! Hope it all eases quickly for you. At least you know what causes it and it's just temporary discomfort...doesn't make experiencing it feel any better, but "just knowing" helps. Wink

Cool website! I bookmarked it to reference later. Cool

Big Hugs Girl!!!

Tracy, a big hug to you. It totally stinks to go through it, but knowing it's going to be over soon is so helpful! Experience it and remember it so you don't have to do it again!

It's day 25 and I"m doing okay...Thanksgiving was a little tougher than I expected and even today it seems to be lingering .... but I have chosen to be free and that's where I'm staying.

Thank you for asking....

Tracy,

I'm glad it's getting better. It will get even better as time goes on. I know how hard it can be with Thanksgiving and Christmas though. You did good, I'm proud of you.
