And don't forget that ole devil can appear in many forms Deb....stress, family problems, anger, frustration just to name a few.....no matter what as Melody would say...Quit means Quit....stick to your guns and do it for you....you already do enough for everyone else!

Thanks Tracy....I did sleep better the following night. Matter of fact, best night's sleep I've had in a good while. Yesterday, worked on the house, and plan to do more of the same today....and no insight!
Personally, I have to guard my attitude and feelings. I know where my own personal weakness is. And I know how the demon/inner junkie/addiction attempts to use it against me. So, the other night, was good...because it was an early warning sign of possible trouble down the road. But nipped it in the bud, as they say. So, I am very, very pleased with that.
Thanks for thinking of me!
Keep kicking out the door, to the curb, and down the road!!

Deb,
I can relate to wanting to figure things out as with certain things I'm like that. When I come across something I will think why, how, and what if. Like how does that work.
I'm glad to see you used affirmations. I would tell myself over and over, there's no excuse to smoke, I will not smoke no matter what, till the though of smoking passed. _________________
