Thanks to you all for your constant support and encouragement. I couldn't have quit without the words of wisdom from the regular supporters on this site. To all of you who are struggling with your quits, just remember that, aside from the obvious reasons to quit, you can change the world for the better "one good deed at a time". By you not smoking, it's one less excuse for some kid to start smoking. Don't give in to the demons. You were once an independant, perfectly functioning person without cigarettes. Don't forget, you created the beast, it didn't create you.

Way to go John! Glad you stopped by...and thanks for sharing your idea of "one good deed at a time"...I totally agree! Quitting makes room in our lives for some really good things. Hope you are enjoying many blessings. _________________
