. . how absolutely controling the nicodemon is. Seven days Quit now and I'm still having trouble with multi-tasking at work. I feel like I'm in a fog most of the time. _________________

Tonya...I remember that foggy feeling I am 54 days into my quit. Remembering it is what keeps me from wanting to light up. Hope you ride this out, know that it is temporary. We can do this.

That fog is what kept me from ever wanting to go back. Happy to be free over 5 years ~ never want to go there again! _________________
