it's just been brought to my attention that the freedom from smoking program offered by the american lung association is no longer a free program, as it was when i (and many other woofmang members) went through it.
while there appears to be a "basic" version available for free, the basic version doesn't allow access to the full program, the message boards, or the supplemental materials that used to be available for free.
there are lots of places around this site where i recommend ffsonline, and one of the reasons that i recommended it was that it was free; obviously, that's no longer the case, and, although i still believe it's a great program, i can no longer say "it's free and it works", so i'll be looking for places where i said that and editing those endorsements.
that could take a while, though, so i'm posting this notice as a sort of blanket disclaimer until i can get that done.
