Man I feel like im ashamed to even show my face here again cause I broke down months ago and started smoking again. Wife of course was on me to stop but I was telling her "I'm enjoying it now!" ENJOYING IT!!! Can you believe it! I really can't.

How could I be so stupid...well I know this may sound like a broken record but I am really DONE this time! I quit on Sunday November 15th.

Want to know what did it in for me? I went out to a bar, you can smoke in. Anyways I bought a pack of cigs (which by the way are $7 here) this was about 8 PM that night. I got home at around 3 AM, its ok my wife was with me, lol. Anyways I woke up the next mornig to see that I had 4 cigarettes left in the pack FOUR! That means that I had 16 cigarettes in one night. I quit the very next day!

I cannot, cannot, cannot do this to my body anymore. I have to much to live for and I REALLY do enjoy life!

So here is to saying that I AM BACK AND I"M NOT GOING ANYWHERE.

Your Friend,

Erick

Erik, Glad you are back. Find the trigger and make sure the doors are slammed shut. You have to plan ahead and always have and escape plan laid out. Then follow the plan. Very Happy

Very Happy Hi Eric,

How is the quit going? It might be better not to drink until you have your quit more secure. I can drink now and I don't even think of smoking.
