i'm curious: what other sites do you like? why? are you a member? how often do you go there?

i'll start:

photo.net (http://photo.net/): stunning photography, tutorials, technical "camera-geek" stuff; i'm a member, and usually visit at least once a day.

flickr (http://www.flickr.com/): more pictures! i'm also a member here, and probably go at least a couple of times a week.

quitnet (http://www.quitnet.com/): one of the biggest quit-smoking support sites, and one of the first i joined. i don't get here that much any more; maybe once a month.

coffee review (http://www.coffeereview.com/): i'm a coffee-hound; this site has tons of reviews (if you go, look at dates on the reviews; some of the coffee they review is only available for a short time. for instance, i found the most amazing ethiopian coffee that i first read about here back in late 2006, and i've never found it again).

d&m wines and liquors (http://www.dandm.com/): they have such an amazing selection of spirits here; i can spend hours looking through their brandies, cognacs and single malts (i envy anyone who lives in the bay area that can just visit their store on fillmore)...

well, that's a start... how about you?

I finally did alittle lately with my myspace. lol
sometimes i feel a bit too old to even be there.
Band sites is where I mostly go. That is why I originally
signed up for myspace. I go there everyday.

www.guidedbyvoices.com I loved this band, so its just a plug. dont really visit there anymore, as it isnt really a band anymore.

www.robertpollard.net

www.tobinsprout.net for some great music and art probably once a week to see if he has painted anything new.

abc.com as I am a huge All My Children fan. maybe 2x per week..

at work I like to go to www.shoutcast.com and pick an alternative radio station to listen too. You get to hear a huge variety. I cannot believe how many stations are on there. check it out.

The only other site I go to everyday is this one. (thank you kevin!)

USGenWeb (free geneaology)Check out "Penny Postcards" -old photos. I like old stuff. And, I've done some geneaology work.

Wild Horse Sanctuary - great horse pics Kevin. Have friends who adopted a horse. And, it's not too far from here-like to go there sometime.

Angelfire.com and IMPurplehawk.com and Zicahota.com (Indian Prayers)

Just Google those.

Funny you should pose that question today because I was really looking for something new. In fact I googled - learn something new. Then I remembered I had some questions on dog training so I tried a couple of those.

My other favorites are www.My Recipes.com and www.wwrecipes.com/current.htm. One of my hobbies is cooking so I like to have different recipes.

However, I spend much more time on woofmang than on either of these.

Have you ever thought about roasting your own coffee. This site has roasters and green coffee beans, including some from Ethiopia: http://morecoffee.com/

yeah, i have, hunahpu; just haven't got around to actually doing it yet. (i've also been thinking about homebrewing; i had some friends up in new york who were homebrewers, and they made some pretty amazing brews...) i'll have to check that site out - i notice they have a "more beer" site, too; have you done business with them?

Yes, I've ordered from MoreBeer many times. In order of preference for home brewing supplies, I check my local homebrew shop first. Then, I always check Williams Brewing. Finally, I check MoreBeer.

well both of you can email me immediately when the beer is ready -Wink

my favorite sites to visit.... hmmmm ebay.com for one, yahoo.com for the news every morning with my Shredded Wheat cereal, recipebazaar.com (may be spelled wrong), any and all wikopedia pages for information, and lots of other minor ones different times for dog info, how to fix or clean things info - I use the internet like a set of Britannica -Wink

And the woof of course, I visit here often as I can. Sometimes I'm busy and can't post but see how everyone's doing....

Now don't forget guys when the beer is ready you just holler! It's TGIF folks - yea.....

I got an Oatmeal Stout in the keg right now. My Belgian Witbier will be ready in a few weeks.

Speaking of beer and while we are talking about websites, I guess I should plug my own website: The All-grain Evangelist. It is my beer blog:
