thanks, mary - i was: that picture was taken on columbus day weekend last year, when i was back in new york (for the first time since moving here in the spring of 2006) visiting my sister and her family. what you can't see in the picture is my sister (i've got my arm around her and our heads are almost touching, but, because i needed a square avatar for here, i had to crop her out). i'll post the full version of it in the gallery in a couple of minutes.
