My name is Nita and I am ready to quit ......again
My most successful quit was two years ago, I stayed smoke free for just over 9 months. Then one day I had an urge that I stupidly gave into, which of course led to the next one and the next one and here I am a full time smoker again.
My reasons for quitting far out way my reasons for smoking. I have so many things in life that I need to do yet and I am not going to ever do them as long as I smoke. |

welcome to the site, nita! you already know you can quit (you did it two years ago); now you just have to know that you can stay quit, too. the secret (as you've already figured out) is that there's no such thing as one. _________________

Welcome!
You know you can quit, as you have done it before. So now you know, as I learned the hard way as well, that you can never again take even a puff.
Come post here when you need to.

Hi Nita - Welcome!! You CAN do it! Just one day at a time! Go for its...freedom is a choice! Keep choosing LIFE! Focus on what you are gaining with a smoke-free life - not what you feel like you are giving up! _________________
