A poor old guy went into the newspaper office and asked the cost of putting in an orbituary for his wife who had just died.
"It's a dollar a word" said the clerk.
"Oh, dear" said the old guy I've only got two dollars"
The clerk felt really sorry for him and said he could have six words for the two dollars.
"Oh, great" said the old guy "would you put - Ethel dead, Ford car for sale" |
