One Month and 6 Minutes
Life saved 2 Days and 2 Hours
Not smoked 600
Saved $213.29.

My meter says one month. I feel good. I feel good about myself more than anything for finally stopping with the procrastination and addictive logic.

Watching others smoke now I'm struck by the level of dependency created by nicotine. It's just SO inconvenient to smoke now. You really become a social leper yet, millions, including myself willingly pay/paid handsomely for that privilege.

I'm not out to change the world about smoking. I have to protect myself and my quit. Each will get to theirs when their time is right.

Thank you for these boards Kevin and thank you all for the support.
