It is hard for me to believe but I made it. At 11:00pm I am officially in my 7 day quit. Although day 6 was very difficult and I have many oppotunities to smoke I resisted each one. I am just praying that is out of control, moody, angry, feeling passes soon. It is almost unbearable.

Good for you Smile Just apologize to everyone up front then you won't feel so bad when you rip them all a new one........ Pay it forward if you will Smile

I find chocolate in abundance helps.

Gary's right. Let everyone know that you've quit smoking and may be a bit our of sorts for a while. All who care about you will understand.

Congrats on reaching day 7. That's quite a milestone. Smile

Yes!! Hell week is the pits...heck week is a bit better...just take it one day at a time! Apologize and explain - and ask for help and encouragement! Most will totally understand...and if they don't...never mind...do what you need to do to stay free!!
