I just wanted to stop in to say thank you again to each and every one of you quitters who have helped me in my journey to become and stay nicotine free. Since my last stop in, I have completed my first triathlon and I am continuing to train for more. This journey is so much better now that I don't have to figure out how to feed the demon. _________________

Hi Gidget.
Congratulations to you on all your achievements. Right now I'm only 2yrs 10 months and a couple of weeks or so behind you but hey - it's all relative right ?
Keep achieving, keep setting your personal bar higher. More power to you.

Thanks Gary, Jo, Essie, Barbara, Mary and Kevin. I always appreciate the support and example I find right here. Tomorrow is another Tri. I get to do so many cool things now that I don't smoke. Woooohoo!
