Had the smoking dream finally. Don't ya feel really crappy in your dream? I was amazed at the real sense of sadness I was feeling in my dream. I was also amazed how good I felt when I woke up and realized it was just a dream.
Today I was in conversation with someone who was smoking and she kept apologizing as the smoke drifted towards me. I was very deliberate in NOT saying "it's OK" because, it really isn't OK. It's offensive and toxic, why would I say it's OK?
Was I being Arrogant or obnoxious? I guess but, somewhat justifiably so? I think so. I hasten to add, I didn't say anything negative, I just didn't say anything.
I hope everyone is well and enjoying Summer.

I guess it depends how well you know them. Some will get really offended/angry if you question about their smoking if they know you, My father is like that but I let him know anyways. People I don't know too well I wouldn't say anything because they might talk behind your back and call you a tobacco nanny. |

congratulations on your first 70 days, gary - yeah, the smoking dream can be pretty remarkable that way - and i have to say, i'd have to be really committed to that conversation to keep talking to somebody who was smoking like that - personally, i'd just walk away as politely as i could; maybe invite that person to continue the conversation after they finished their smoke (preferably in a non-smoking location). _________________
