Closing in on two months!!!! I really only have a couple of cravings a day, I live with a smoker, so at times it can bother me, but it is very manageable.
I'm proud of myself!!!! _________________

Good for you. Quitting isn't easy and living with a smoker makes it even a larger challenge. You've remained strong for 2 months and kept away. Hang on. It really does become easier and we all know how much better we feel as non-smokers.

I am actually walking a half-marathon on March 2nd and we will have 3 friends staying with us that are walking with me and two others coming from a nearby city that day to route us on, so I will be celebrating my health next weekend with friends and it feels just GRAND!!!!! _________________

Your first Half-Marathon? Have a great walk! I've walked a few half's and two full marathons... It's a great feeling when you step over the finish line! Enjoy!! _________________

I have walked a couple of 1/2 marathons in the past 4 years, but this will be the first one that I have not been a smoker!!!! Walking across the the finish line is a great feeling and it will mean alot more to me this weekend, it will mean that the vision I had of not being a smoker and crossing that finish line will have come true!!! _________________
