| a good idea to help quit smoking would be to try teeth whitening. if you've smoked for a while, like a lot of my friends your teeth end up turning relly yellow. trying tooth whitening trays might help you quit, when you really need a ciggarette, think white teeth! i work with people who make this type of product and it whitens your teeth quickly and might help you quit smoking, anyone think about whitening your teeth? Smile |

| Thanks for sharing about your experience. My mom also visited one of the best dentist Manhattan Beach couple of months back. Her canines got hurt while cracking nuts and had to rush immediately to get rid of pain as well as bleeding. Got to know about germ in back teeth also. Got treated for a month or so and now is perfectly fine. |
