Okay, now for THIS forum (which you did a fine job of naming Kevin), should we also move my "Another Forum" post over here so people sort of get more of an idea what it's about? Just to muddy the waters. _________________

Hi,
This is really exciting; beginning new forums to meet the needs of we quitters. I like Marvel's name "Let's Get Physical." That could cover all topics from medical issues to weight loss, recipes, etc. Whatever it's called, thanks Kevin for giving us this option. _________________

I know I and several of the other memebers are having an issue with weight too. I hate exercise and I love to eat and hate limiting it. But have had to do so for a good portion of my life. At this point anyway I can only do very very small amounts of exercise at a time my back hurts so bad I can hardly move because of the weight problem. I plan on going to see my dr about it. I obviou8sly need sometihng to help get it off.
Anyway as to what the name should be or the forum perhaps a duo forum that really deals with this kind of issue. perhaps it could be called recipes and weight.
