Hi friends old and new!!
I just celebrated 5 months of smobriety, and boy are my lungs happy! Anyway, just got back from England last week, and have pretty much shaken off the cobwebs. For those of you who don't know me from months past, I just picked up and moved all my belongings from the East coast back to the West where I was born and raised. Had the opportunity to go to England, and took it. Now I'm back in CA and life has caught up with me. Time to find a j-o-b!! Haven't done that in a while. Thankfully, I'm in an area that isn't doing to badly in the market, flooded though it may be. It's just having to do it....AGAIN that's really weird. I didn't think I'd ever leave Connecticut. Glad I did. It's just a whole new "thang", if you will. Everything's in order, I just have a case of the "fear of the unknowns". I'm working on that fear thing, it's really got to go. Anyway, I also just needed an excuse to get back to my support group. I've been doing well without you, and probably won't be on on a daily basis, but it's so grand to have y'all around!! Will be around more often to introduce myself to some and reacquaint with others!
Be well,

Welcome back Nita. I have missed Chef's ugly mug. Hope England was all you wanted it to be. It's good to have you back. The ole' place hasn't changed much since you've been away.

Hey Nita,
Welcome back to the good old US of A and congratulations on that awesome 5 month quit.
Like everyone else, I'd be very interested in hearing of your travels. Was the UK good to you? How do they feel about we "pilgrims?"
Please post often and tell us of your job search.

Jaunita,
I thought I had responded to your post, but was obviously delusional! This will not come as a surprise to many of my friends who already tell me I am crazy.
Welcome home. It is so good to have you on the boards again. You have been missed. I have also been enjoying your guided tour of England. _________________
