Hey guys,
I was looking for a special book today to give me wisdom and make me as smart as Ms Tonya and I came across these two books that may be of interest to some of you.
Quit Smoking for Good/ Andrea Baer
A Supportive Program for Permanent Smoking Cessation
( I was scanning it and it gives alot of advice on anger, water, lifesyle, maintence etc.)
How To Quit Smoking and Not Gain Weight Cookbook/ Mary Donkersloot and Linda Hyder Ferry M.D.
It has receipes and info on quitting and exercise!
Looks like a very informative book..guess I should have read it huh? I would be 12 months or longer then oh well live and learn!

Hi Kay, let us know if those books have any good recipes in them. I am always looking for good recipes. I collect them. Don't always get a chance to use them, but I have a great collection! _________________

kay,
The books sound interesting!! Especially the first one.
A recipe a day sounds like a great idea!!!! I know I could definitely use a better diet with quitting.
