I hate these hurricanes. We are expecting AGAIN tropical storm forse winds and lots of rain on our side of the state. Our state is so tore up already Jeanne is the last thing we need. I have not had the storm shutters off of the house in almost 2 months. I am sick of buying water and the other supplies you need to ride out these storms. I am sick of it.
Got to tell you all that my nerves are frazzled it is wierd though I am not stressing about being safe. We are in a new home and I do feel safe here. It is the destruction that these hurricanes leave behind. We are still not all cleaned up from Charley yet and look how many others we have delt with. It does not take much wind to send trash flying through the air YET again. Did you hear the news that 1 in 5 home owners have filed claims how about the folks who are not insured? Dreams smashed and lives turned inside out. Sick of it!
Just had to come and rant and rave awhile. If you do not hear from me for a few days it is because we have lost power. _________________

Tammy,
I hate to hear you are under the storm warnings yet again. Please do not take the warnings to lightly...the wind here was strong enough to blow two trees down in our pasture.
Hubby and kids were talking today about going to the beach the second week of Oct...sure hope they did not jinx ya.

Tammy,
I am so sorry you have to go through this again. You guys are getting so beat up over on that end. After Ivan I could not imagine getting hit a 2nd time around. I know some schools over that way are just beginning to get back in session. I am so sorry, I feel your pain over the devistation of these things, we will never be the same on this end either. Be safe, and I am praying for you. _________________

Tammy,
Where's your rum and coke? (I know you reallly don't drink) But,....
Just tonight and it'll be over...the wind and rain at least. Maybe you can get those shutters off the house in the next couple of days. You need sunshine in your house!!!! Too dark and depressing for too long. I don't care if another storm is just a week away (God forbid!). Get those shutters off and get some light so your mental mood will improve! You need some uplifting light!
I'll give you a call in the morning! Take care tonight.
Love Ya,

Hi Tammy. I cant imagine what you are going through, living up north, thats one thing we dont have to deal with.I sucked in grography in school, so I'm not sure right where you're at, but I hope you're safe, with just enough wind to blow what ever's been dropped in your yard, away! So there isnt much work for you later! You're in my prayers, Sinc. Laney _________________

Hey, I think what Florida needs is Barb, the Crave-in-ator! Instead, we'll call her the wave-in-ator! She'll take care of Jeanne, or any other storm for that matter...for you guys!
Til then, stay safe _________________

Sounds like you are in the initial stages of Optical-Rectalitis. I'm sure a lot of folks down there are going to suffer from that in the aftermath of all of these storms.
(Oh, for those who have not heard of Optical-Rectalitis, it is the medical condition where the optic nerve and the rectal nerve get crossed, and it gives you a shitty outlook on life.)

I was wondering who was in Florida. I'm SO glad you are okay. My stepdad's mom lives in Clearwater Beach and I've been worried about her. In fact, I've been worried about everyone in Florida. I cannot believe you all have had to make it through 3 storms already!
Stay safe
