woohoo woohoo one week one week... I cannot believe it...
I woke up this morning, feeling like I have really accomplished a major feat.. I have been smoke free for one week... woohooooooo
Free and Healing for Seven Days, 12 Hours and 1 Minute, while extending my life expectancy 9 Hours, by avoiding the use of 113 death sticks that would have cost me $20.26
I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone here. For me, the success comes because of the encouragement and the support that I have from all of you.
The benefits are coming... I can smell like never before, I can taste what I eat, my hair and my clothes don't stink, and my hubby can't quit kissing me.... woohooooooo
Have a wonderful smoke-free day...

Good for You!! Give yourself a huge pat on the back and then jump up and down. One week is a major milestone (at least mentally). Enjoy it, be proud, whoop it up, and never look back!!! |

You are through with Hellweek and on to Heck week. But before you move on you must (and I mean MUST) do something special to mark the accomplishment. What reward are you going to give yourself. (make it a good one) _________________
I wish you peace.
