I used to get styes in my eyes fairly often but now never! And believe it or not, my night vision and hearing are both better than they were when I smoked. Maybe I'll find my true potential! Very Happy

A dirty cigarette sticking out of your mouth is not a very attractive or classy look for a woman!!..

(ok, i'm a wannabe snob! )

No more fighting with myself-- I'm going to quit, not today, I'm going to quit, but not now......
I can lay on my back in bed and still breath, and I love, love, love the way I smell!!! And one more, I have made some awesome friends on this site all thanks to not smoking.

Not getting wet while driving with the window open to let out the smoke (when it is raining). I really used to hate that.

No more hiding the fact that I smoke from non-smoking family members, friends, or acquaintances.
No more feeling ashamed and trying to hide my smoking.

Not having to leave a restaurant in the middle of (or waiting for) a meal, in order to go feed the addiction, instead of enjoying the company. Cool

hopefully never sounding like Phyllis from Corrie
(for those in the know.. )

I heard a woman speaking in the supermarket yesterday. Wow - she sounded like she's been smoking super-strength marlboros not stop for about 50 years (which is supect she had!)...weird sound.

I thought she as quite glamarous - until she opened her mouth and there was the tell tale heavy smokers sand-paper voice!...nice...

is it a man, is it a woman...who knows, it's a heavy smoker!...

There are so many things:

white teeth
pink skin
feeling twenty years younger than I am
no shame around friends, family, or co-workers

A great sense of relief. The stress of WANTING to quit, but still smoking. I am so glad to be out of that vicious cycle.

I don't get edgy after having a nice dinner out!!
