I used to get styes in my eyes fairly often but now never! And believe it or not, my night vision and hearing are both better than they were when I smoked. Maybe I'll find my true potential! _________________

A dirty cigarette sticking out of your mouth is not a very attractive or classy look for a woman!!..

No more fighting with myself-- I'm going to quit, not today, I'm going to quit, but not now......
I can lay on my back in bed and still breath, and I love, love, love the way I smell!!! And one more, I have made some awesome friends on this site all thanks to not smoking. _________________

Not getting wet while driving with the window open to let out the smoke (when it is raining). I really used to hate that. _________________

No more hiding the fact that I smoke from non-smoking family members, friends, or acquaintances.
No more feeling ashamed and trying to hide my smoking.

Not having to leave a restaurant in the middle of (or waiting for) a meal, in order to go feed the addiction, instead of enjoying the company. _________________

hopefully never sounding like Phyllis from Corrie
(for those in the know.. )
I heard a woman speaking in the supermarket yesterday. Wow - she sounded like she's been smoking super-strength marlboros not stop for about 50 years (which is supect she had!)...weird sound.
I thought she as quite glamarous - until she opened her mouth and there was the tell tale heavy smokers sand-paper voice!...nice...
is it a man, is it a woman...who knows, it's a heavy smoker!... |

A great sense of relief. The stress of WANTING to quit, but still smoking. I am so glad to be out of that vicious cycle.
I don't get edgy after having a nice dinner out!! _________________
