Hey...
I doing ok...
A bit tired of everything, bored, feeling down... But hanging in there!
Not thinking of smoking...
That has never seemed an option anymore!
I haven't been able to keep a good diet...
But still quit... which is very and most important right now...!!!
Day 19 and counting...

You are doing so good
I started to juice my vegtables and fruit. My husband got me a small juicer, boy that has really put a quick step in my walk ( I am 63 years young) It has also helped with my plan on losing some weight......
