Happy Valentine's Day everyone!!!
I just wanted to share an update with everyone. As I said previously my friend Heather quit smoking in November. She is still quit!
Joining her is my sister who quit last week after 25 years of smoking; and my boyfriend gave me the best Valentine's gift today as he announced he quit as of midnight last night.
Yayyyy! The air just gets clearer around me all the time.
Sarah

You've been a guiding light to them all, Sarah! I'm convinced that the best way to get a friend or loved one to quit is not to nag...but to be the example...and show everyone it CAN be done! We hope to see some of them here at woofmang! _________________

What an inspiration you are. Be proud of all the lives you are influencing with your quit.
This is wonderful. You are wonderful.

Sarah, isn't it wonderful to see those you love put those nasty things down?

I LOVE this Sarah! It gives me hope that my honey will put his smokes down some day (hopefully soon!)
