hey ashoooo
not sure that i experienced weak limbs at all. nap if you are able to. maybe a hot bath? when i first quit, one of the things that helped me the most was going for long walks. and just remember that if you give into those cravings you will have to go through those 1st 3 days all over again! you're almost through with the physical withdrawal! keep it up!

the short answer? wait.

your body starts to repair itself almost immediately when you stop poisoning yourself; some of the changes are obvious and fast, some are subtle and take some time. some of what you're experiencing may be analogous to being "sick", in the sense that your body is working overtime to repair the damage you've done to it, and it's probably using a fair amount of the energy that you might like to use for other things (like staying awake at work).

just be patient. it's all worth it.

As usual Kevin's right...you just have to keep NOT smoking to get through the physical withdrawl. Make sure you stay hydrated - water, cranberry juice, etc. You're almost through the worst of it....remember - you CAN do it...one day at a time!!!
