Greetings all,
I had a nice long chat with my friend, Jenny today, and felt so much better after talking to her. She is a good Christian woman and her goodness just seems to rub off on me. I felt so much better than I had been feeling in a long time after talking to her. But then hours later after her and I hung up, the old wicked habits of thinking destructive thoughts came back to me. I will strive again to think constructive thoughts on my own and dicard all the clutter in my mind that just tears down my very well being. I will also seek out more Christian friends.
