Hi Jim,
I know how much effort you put into FFS because whenever I visit there I see your gracious help. I've recently went back there to try to help and did see a person on the level 6 message boards who seemed interested in the process of the modules there. It made me feel wonderful to see it too. I should go back there more often now. For if I can only help one person out of the effort I may put into trying to help 100 people, I shouldn't worry about the 99 people. I can say that easy but cannot do it so easy.

Hehe...
No comment on the use of heroin to help with the nicotine withdrawal.
Except, do you recommend mainlining it directly into a jugular vein or just mixing it with some crack cocaine and smoking it in a glass pipe?
Thanks for the advice!
I get by with a little help from my friends! _________________

Well I started out here and was directed to FFS. I liked all the modules, but found it very confusing to post. I LOVE this site. It is user friendly. But I do believe FFS has great information.
Thanks Kevin! Uh -Oh is a wink a flirt? Heck, at my age I can flirt and no one would take me seriously!

Frankie that's one way of putting it. Londa, I've got mixed up on that question smiley and wink smiley before myself.
