I just realized that if over 96 weeks quit, and have NOT SMOKED 20,256 cigarettes (thats over 100 cartons, folks) and have saved just over $4,000 in the process (at the cheap, internet prices from two years ago).
To all of you starting out, please know that I did this the best way..one day at a time!

I am 1 year, 6 months & 20 days (568 days) free!
I saw an empty pack of cigarettes smushed on the street today. I had in my bag a baguette and a wheel of brie. I thought how thankful I was that I may have to watch how much brie I eat tonight, but I free of that horrible addiction of cigarettes!
What a great party! _________________

I've been quit for over 18 months! That's 559 days - one day at a time. I didn't spend $3,423.88 buys coffin nails!! And the quit meter says I've saved 4 months, 29 days, 12 hours of your life. I'm still one puff away from a pack....so I just won't take a puff today.... _________________
