I made it through the first day!
I can't believe it. This morning has been pretty hard- but there is no turning back now! |

you got that right; if you can get through day 1 without smoking, you can get through anything!

Congrats! Just keep moving forward. It's really worth it to quit smoking, even when the bumps seem tough. The clean lungs, healthier heart, thicker wallet, improved eye sight, higher bone density, all that... Best of all, you'll be free to experience life without that leash around your neck.
You can do it! Drink lots of H2O, go for walks, take some deep breaths, punch a pillow, cry, laugh, whatever it takes! Just one step, then another!
Congrats! Have a great smoke-free Monday. |

That is awesome Cathy
the first 24 hours seems like such a wonderful accomplishment. I know it did for me. It is almost like a miracle isn't it. You are doing so great. Take pride in the job you are doing. You can do this. As has been said drink lots of cranberry juice, water and keep you list of reasons to quit very close at hand. KEEP US POSTED _________________
