Hi Cathy,
Congratulations on your three days! Isn't it sad that the people we care about the most are the ones who can hurt us the most? I second what the others said about never smokers not being able to understand that quitting is very hard. I work with psychiatric patients, and many have drug and/ or alcohol addictions. Some that are recovering from their addictions say quitting smoking is even harder! Hey, we are doing it. I say that makes us pretty tough, and pretty wonderful! You go girl. We will be your cheering squad.

Congradulations Jelli,
You know what, for some people smoking is a habit and they can stop without ever having become addicted. It is rare but it happens. That doesn't deminish what you are doing at all. You were addicted and you have broken free. You are going to be going through a roller coaster for the next few weeks but if you stay strong and deterimined you will know a life that you have never known. Don't let your Mom's lack of understanding in any way make you feel like what you have done is anything less than Phenominal!
You are doing so great. _________________
