Hey all,

This might not be a very appropriate subject but, with all my previous quits, more than anything, my biggest gripe was being unable to go to the bathroom. Well, I've been eating fiber one every morning and whammo. Embarassed Embarassed Need I say more.

So for any new quitters having this problem, give it a try. It actually tastes pretty darn good, with no fat, low calories and healthy too. Wink

Seriously - there are lots of benefits to adding fiber to your diet. I like to add a 1/3 cup of All Bran Buds to my morning yogurt. The fiber helps you feel full longer - and it does help with the regularity issues....good lesson to learn!
