Well today seems to be better than yesterday. Now I am just rambling but I need to anyhow.
the sun is out ,it is a beautiful day, I love it, BUT I am totally tired.
I know this is also a part of the deal , I jsut hate it. I want to have a normal feeling once but won't know what that is until I get this all over with.
I ate this morning but I don't remember eating anything . lol
I don't think that is good at all. I may forget where I am.lol
So here we go another ramble about nothing.
I just needed to say that I am tired. I need to take a nap but can't . I know I should sleep when I can. Well everyone have a great day and I will be back later.
Thanks for the support and listening to me ramble.

Just a little something that I hope will bring a smile to your face.
I know how horrible this part of the quit is. You feel abnormal. And yes tired when you can't sleep, and awake when you should sleep. Kind of feels like someone tipped our world upside down. But as you know it will pass. But I can't guarentee when you will feel normal again. I am not sure what normal for me is anymore Laughing
Hang in there you are doing great.

You are doing great Leen!!!
I've had a lot of trouble with being tired too- mainly because I can't sleep well at night. I wake up a few times and have trouble getting back to sleep- then when the alarm clock goes off in the morning I am finally in a nice deep sleep. I guess that's the way it goes! I can't wait for the weekend so I can catch up on the zzzzzzs I'm missing!!
I wonder how long this will last? I hope not too much longer!

I hope you are able to get out an enjoy the beautiful day!
Glad to hear that today is a better day than yesterday- it should only get better from here

Hi Leen,
I know what you mean about being tired. I slept every opportunity I got for most of the first month, but still felt tired. Very frustrating, but also part of the nicotine/smoking habit withdrawal. Hang in there. You are doing it!
