Hi Chrissy, I hope that whatever is causing your load to feel heavy right now eases up. I hope that your path in life will ease up a bit so you can catch your breath!!
Prayer and love and friendship make things better. Smoking doesn't make anything better. Smoking is like adding a ball and chain to whatever else is going on in life - good or bad - at the time. Smoking just makes the good times more restrictive and less enjoyable, and it makes the bad times worse.
Hugs to you. Don't light up!!!

Chrissy,
Do you feel like something just oozed a heavy and restrictive liquid all over you? Why is it that when we quit sometimes, (I know for me this is my experience...literally, it's like the hoardes of hell has assignment to mess with your life at the time of quit )
Feel for you...keep standing your ground girl!
Saying prayers for you and sending a BIG HUG {{{{{{Chrissy}}}}}} _________________

Chrissy - keep fighting....and don't give in....and when the next one hits - fight it off again...OR embrace the crave, recognize it as a sign of healing, and choose to be free!!! Sending extra prayers to you - I always prayer for everyone "trying to quit - or already quit - but at risk of relapse".
