Just dropping in to say I've been quit 8 weeks and it is so doable and I'm so happy that I'm quit.
I don't think about cigs often and reading websites actually makes me think about them so that's the reason I'm not here much. It's spring and I'm doing alot of things outdoors and loving the smells of spring!
Thanks to all of you for your support. Alot of folks here have helped me through 2 years of off and on again smoking and I thank you guys for hanging in there with me!
To the newbies....hang on it gets better! AND YOU CAN MAKE IT!!!!! _________________
