Your silence is troubling me. Are you still on your quit? I sure hope so! Give us an update on how you are doing.

I have been quit for 5 Months, 1 Week, 6 Days, 8 hours and 2 minutes (165 days). I have saved $620.00 by not smoking 4,960 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Weeks, 3 Days, 5 hours and 20 minutes of my life. _________________
If a person with Multiple Personality Disorder threatens suicide, is that considered a hostage situation? |

I am okay, and still SMOKE FREE. WOOOOHOOOOOO. Sorry I didn't mean to worry anybody. I got busy last night and I just really wanted to be alone. I got through it!!! DAY 4.......I am feeling really TIRED....so tired. Like I have been through the windmill...lol. At work keepin myself busy. I am still battling the cravings but I feel good I am past the 72 HOURS MARK!!!! So sorry I didn't mean to worry anybody. I am hanging in there and still fighting the demon!!!! Still really really thirsty. Drinking plenty of water! I just can't beleiev how tired I am! Just plum wore out! Thanks for thinking of me guys and thanks for all the support! I will check in later. I know I still have the rest of the week to deal with as far as hell week!
I have been quit for 3 Days, 10 hours, 19 minutes and 58 seconds (3 days). I have saved $13.72 by not smoking 68 cigarettes. I have saved 5 hours and 40 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 6/11/2004

Wonderful! I am so glad to hear that you have made it through the 72 hours. I know that it has been hard for you. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
We will be here for you through Hell Week, heck week, and however long you need!
Now- just remember how bad that 72 hours SUCKED so you don't ever make yourself have to go through it again.

I am also glad to hear that you are doing well! I have enjoyed reading your posts - i think its because you remind me how hard it is to quit and that i dont want to do this ever again, so thank-you for that. And keep up the good work!
