I tried the smoke-less tobacco product "Snus" about 1 month before I quit smoking. I started using the snus so I didn't have to stop and smoke during normal everyday activities. Well, today, I actually had a craving for a snus!! I only used bout 30-40 little packets over a month period so how in the world can I have a snus craving?!?!?
Is nicodemon really powerful enough to associate snus and smoking? _________________

the main thing that smoking and snus have in common is this: they're both what the tobacco industry calls "nicotine delivery devices". you saying you had a craving for a snus as opposed to a craving for a smoke is a little like a recovering alcoholic saying he had a craving for a scotch when he used to always drink gin: the underlying addiction (nicotine for you, alcohol for the alcoholic) is what's driving the crave; the vehicle doesn't really matter. _________________
