Isn't it strange all the twists and turns one goes through on this journey of not smoking? I am amazed at what I have learned about myself and other people as well. I have found that I can see the smokescreen of others more quickly than before and can tell when I am being used by someone.

So much comes out after you quit smoking and it still amazes me. I guess life is just a continuous learning experience.....just amazing. So to all the newbies, it is worth the journey just to see what YOU uncover.

Gee Kay, I thought it was the wisdom that comes with age.

You are so right that there is a new awareness. I don't spend as much time hiding...from myself, and others...than I did as a smoker.

Yup, I'm "All too aware" of myself now! I continue to grow and imagine the possibilities for my life. I continue to believe not smoking was the smartest decision I've ever made.

It was the smartest decision we have all made...well, I have made a few that meant someone else got to live a little longer so I guess those were important too Laughing Laughing Laughing
