Hey, day 1 again for me too!!! just had dinner and had my really first bad craving of the day, so I had a look at day one of the tales, which helped. I'm going to take a bath and go to bed early tonight to read, hopefully that will take my mind of thinking about smoking.

We can do this, we are strong!!

you are strong.....you can be, although you may not feel like it.
I smoked for 28 years+ and never thought I could do it.
on average a pack per day sometimes more (alot more)
sometimes less.
There are several peeps on here that have smoked longer
than my 28 years and they did it!!!
Keep reading, and educating yourself.
Keep busy, it really does get easier, even if you think
it never will.

you can do this Mariko, you have done it before...slam those back doors shut and nail them varmits too.....try to get the mindset that you will remain quit no matter what happens...this has worked for me...I still tend to want to panic on occasion but never think of reaching for a smoke...oh sure, that ole familiar taste forms in my mouth but only for a fleeting second and then it is gone...I just don't go there anymore and it is heaven!
So, dust yourself off and go at it again...you push and I will pull.
Kay

I am getting ready to take a bath too, and trying to head to bed early as well!! I feel good today, and happy I did not smoke!

Pinkpearl, thank you for your words!! I must believe in myself....you are right...and ya, ciggs in NY are hella expensive -__-, like 10$ a pack!! ouch...

Kay....you are sweet!! Thank you!! i will def push, if your pulling!!

i need to be healthy...and feel healthy....
it all hit me at once....walking through times square everyday, going to work..the nasty polluted air, on top of the smoke breaks I took at work...everything was just GROSS...i need peace and my non-smoking self back!!

hugs! Off to take my bath!
