Boy it sure doesn't feel like it has been a month! I feel pretty good and not as depressed as I was the first week. I've been keeping myself busy so that I don't have time to dwell on . I decided to do away with the patch because I was having strange dreams and my doctor said it may be from the patch. It has been okay but I get some pretty intense craves now. I took Kevins advice and recognize the crave and wait it out and it does go away without smoking. I have desmoked my home but at times I can still smell nicotine. Is that a trick from ? Anyway I'm doing this one day at a time. When I first started on this journey I was one hour at a time. I never want to smoke again.

Yay!!
You are doing GREAT!
It does take so much time to feel normal without the cigarettes, but the day you do YAY some more! You must walk before you run, and if you never do walk, you will never run...
Big hugs to you!!
