the site now has an rss feed. if you're using a modern browser, you'll notice an rss icon in the address bar; if you click it, it'll prompt you for what newsreader or feed aggregator you want to use to subscribe to the basic feed.
there's also a link in the menu (in between "search" and "memberlist") that you can click to set up a custom feed (i.e., you can pick which forums you want to subscribe to, how often you want to look for updates, etc.).
