Congrats, Carla. I'm only 4 months behind you and still can't believe how wonderful I feel. This truly should be a terrific New Year for you. What a celebration!!
I have been quit for 4 Years, 8 Months, 2 Weeks, 6 Days, 19 hours, 49 minutes and 13 seconds (1,725 days). I have saved $10,449.86 by not smoking 60,403 cigarettes. I have saved 6 Months, 3 Weeks, 5 Days, 17 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 4/10/2004 _________________

great idea, carla!
i'm extremely grateful to be in my 2,600th day of freedom today! (for those of you who are math-challenged - like i am - that's 7 years, 1 month, 1 week and 5 days - wow!)
i have chosen to not smoke over 52,000 cigarettes since i quit, saving me $13,05.00 (at 2001 prices) and 1 year, 1 month, 1 week, and 1 day of life!

i get mine from my quitnet account; just go to quitnet.com, join up, put in your quit date and how much you used to smoke, etc., and they keep track of it for you.
there are stand-alone desktop widgets that will do the same thing, but i'm not sure where you'd get one. you could try googling "quit meter" or something similar...

mines called quit keeper. i think i may of just googled
and picked one. lol
keep in mind this quit meter, i only put in 3.25 per pack.......
I have been quit for 1 Year, 6 Months, 1 Day, 10 hours, 6 minutes and 26 seconds (551 days). I have saved $1,792.11 by not smoking 11,028 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Month, 1 Week and 7 hours of my life. My Quit Date: 6/30/2007 11:00 PM _________________
