A very nice bike indeed! My neighbor used to ride the fast Italian motorcycles but gave them up after a shoulder injury...now he is an avid cyclist...he loves it and has done much to promote the sport here.

A bit more over the weekend - another 60 miles in total (40 on Sat and 20 on Sunday).

Feeling good now that I am riding at least every 3rd day, the odo on the cycle computer is showing over 400 miles already!
I am feeling fitter than I have for years Very Happy

Still averaging around 16mph, which is much more than I need to hit my target for the big ride - so I'm happy.
