|
|
I made an appointment on saturday to do a session to quit smoking with a wholistic healing treatment called EFT. Its tapping on the body while focusing in on your smoking cravings. I know a gal that did it and quit in one session.
I'm going to try it on saturday.
Even though it sounds weird, I have nothing to lose because the guy says he won't charge me if I don't get results during the session.
Anyone else out there know much about this system of healing?

Hi Tom - welcome! I haven't heard of EFT. It sounds interesting. If you want to quit - go for it! Breaking free from nicotine can be accomplished in many ways - but ultimately - you make a choice - you either smoke - or you don't. Come back and share your experience. You have my curiosity peaked. _________________

Tom
I hope the procedure works. I too have not heard anything about EFT. Will be waiting to hear about the results. Good luck.

Hi Tom!
I have used EFT for other things. It's a very powerful method to retrain your thinking. I support it for sure! The issue with it, like anything else, the method won't change you or choose for you, you will use the method to "turn the titanic".
Spend plenty of time here, it will reinforce your new way of thinking!
