If people cannot find inspiration, hope, love and understanding on this site than they are not reading the words but merely passing over them.
I still come here 5 years after quitting knowing I can find the strength I need to conquer whatever falls in my path.
Thank you for always being here.

I tried two other sites since my quit. Found them to be more drama sites than support sites. So I started looking at many different forums, taking time to read the posts. Then I found this one. I liked what I saw and finally joined a supportive network. I can come in here and read past posts and find inspiration and support from those as well as the new posts. |

I don't post much any more, and I don't come here every single day any more, but I will always have a special place in my heart for Woofmang. I have no doubt that the support and friendship I found here were big factors in the success of my quit.
Thanks so much, Kevin, for providing us with this website, and thanks to all of my "quit buddies" for the support you have provided.
I will soon have six years on my quit! Wow, that is something! There is a very good chance that I would not have made it without this place to come to when I was struggling.

I don't know what I would have done if not for this site. I don't come often, but I know I still need it! Especially since I have been going through so many health issues right now, believe it or not a thought of smoking went through my thoughts. Just a second... did not allow it to fester! You need to always be on your toes. I am an addict and cannot even think about smoking. It can be so easy to talk yourself into it again if you are not educated. I told all my friends, why would I give up all that I have worked so hard for. Smoking is not an answer for anything! I love my freedom. And thanks to Kevin and all you wonderful people I have met on this site, I have it.
