I quit the cigarettes 6 years ago inAugust, and I'm sitting here thanking the Woofmang boards and Kevin. I don't know if I'd be here at all without the help I got at this site. I see the names of some people who quit around the same time I did, and it's like reading about long lost friends. Maybe I'll look in more often now, and try to help others in their quit.

Hi Ben!! I need to visit more often too. Its been 3 1/2 years since I quit thanks to woofmang and all the good people here.
I'd say for the first 2+ years i checked in alot. the first year to two years, everyday, and now I hardly ever do.
Not a good way to treat your friends, is it?
