It still bothers me to see someone smoking and especially very young people. They know better! Thank God our granddaughters never became addicted. Don't think I could have handled that. _________________

My son caught me staring at these two people having a smoke outside the coffee shop. We were getting into my car and I looked back. I said to my son "Look at those guys smoking," and the first thing that came to my head was, "I want a smoke right now." I said it out loud without meaning to and my son said, "No you don't mom, stop looking!" I have been and continue to "romance the smoke"---I found this in a post from Kevin a ways back---brilliant!---I am romancing the smoke when I stop to stare---I could never really pinpoint what I was feeling at that moment, but now, it makes sense---recogizing what i'm doing right now and pinpointing what I'm feeling when I do it makes resisting more manageable. Hopefully this all makes sense. Lulu _________________

that's the way to do it, lulu - being aware of what's going keeps you from going on autopilot - good job! _________________
