The explanation for "woofmang" is one of the Tales... Have you read any of Kevin's Tale from the Quit? Lots of insights there - quitting is a journey. Its not an easy thing to do - but it can be done!
Welcome to Woofmang - I'm sorry its so quiet here these days. I'll try to check in more often and try to encourage you to stick with it....read the tales....the "why woofmang" is in there!!! You'll have to look for it...sorry!

My interpretation is SURVIVAL...it is what helped me more than anything to quit smoking.
