Smile Great job, Pamela! Kannprint is right, rewards were important to all of us in the beginning, and 2weeks is definitely an occasion to celebrate. The reward doesn't have to be expensive just something "just for you" with the bucks you've saved by not smoking. Keep the quit going! Happy 2 weeks.

Just wanted to update you all on my progress. I am still smoke free 100%. It is easier and easier everyday. My cravings went from constantly to hardly ever. Thank you all again for you support. I will stay in touch!

I have now stopped smoking for 1 month, 1 week, 2 minutes, 13 seconds. Very Happy

Hey guys just dropping in with an update. I have now stopped smoking for 5 months, 1 week, 1 day. I feel great and couldn't be happier and the money savings isn't so bad itself...lol Hope everyone is doing good and staying quit!!!
